This app has helped me lose 32 pounds to date. It has an extensive library from which to choose from for both foods and exercises. The ability to create recipes is really great as I do a lot of home cooking from scratch. To know what those calories are has been very valuable! Thank you Lose It!

I have referred to my personal file,daily. I love how I can record my food,break down the nutrition.I like to keep track of my carbs. The goals lets me Cheak what my weight was at any time. Love it
I have been using lose it for a long time and got my Niece on it its a great program for losing weight and keeping it off. The scanning and data base is really useful I just wish I could add multiple items at once sorta like the meal items but I dont eat the same every day

This app has allowed me to lose weight at a consistent, predictable pace - I really love it. Takes a bit of work at beginning to input your routine foods but has an extensive built in list you can select from. Has really got me focusing on what Im putting in my mouth each and every day! Works great from my perspective!
Best app for calories control !
Ive used Lose It for nearly a year and like the application and give it a 4 star rating. I just tried the new Snap It, and found it less than useless. Id give it zero stars. I tried taking pictures of a number of common foods, individually. The best the app could do was give me a list of mostly unrelated foods. For example, taking a photograph of an apple, by itself, gives the options of applesauce, cheesecake, hotdog and a list of other entirely unrelated food choices. I took a photograph of a pair.the closest "match" was a melon. The other "matches" were entirely wrong. If that is the future of food logging, they can keep it.

Lose It! Is a great app for counting calories and logging exercise. Ive used it since April of 2016 and have managed to lose 130+ pounds through proper diet and exercise. I highly recommend it if youre struggling with your weight and looking for something that can help.
I love the lose it platform. Its much easier than other apps Ive tried like MFP. Its surprising how little we need to eat which is easy to forget with all the deliciousness in this world. This app keeps me on track.
