Ive used this app for years. Lost 50 pounds and have kept it off. Go back to the app whenever Ive gone up a few and just need the extra accountability. The food search and selection process is getting really slow lately, which makes me not want to track anything! Hope they figure out a way to speed it back up.
Started using the app in January 2016. I was 197lbs and freaked by the looming 200s. I am physically handicapped and am restricted in my exercise. I was ONLY using this app to track my calories. Today I weighed in at 180lbs. This is the only thing Ive been able to stick with, the only success Ive had thats been this significant. Im so proud of myself today and so happy with this app.
Ive been using LoseIt for nearly a year. Its simple to use and its helped me lose weight.
Been using the app for about 6 weeks now, and Im down 14.4 lbs! Its so user-friendly and motivational. Love seeing all my info and easily being able to record my foods in the log. Much better than most other calorie-counting apps Ive used before. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has a few pounds to lose all the way up to a LOT of pounds to lose (like me). I recently upgraded to Premium and am looking forward to trying out the extra features!
I discovered Lose-It about a year and a half ago and lost 48 pounds in six weeks, entirely because of this app. By continuing to use it, I have maintained this loss since and will go for another 20 pounds this winter.
I installed this app as an adjunct to the Fitbit app. It ties in so well to that app, if you use it religiously, I consider it as integral to a fitness program. Kudos to the extensive database and the ability to scan packaged food. Thanks to the developers for a well written app.
Its easy to stick with and I really like the challenges and goals it offers!

When I decided to cut the premium membership, using the link, it turned that I just deleted my account at all. The payment process was also confusing. May be I was not smart enough for that app, but still is not easy to cancel pricey premium in case you change your mind. Payment process was also confusing.
cant always find a food a want - tells it has no connection food found - not always has correct amount of calories but - almost on every click tries to push me into paying for premium mode
This is easier than writing things down an carrying pen and paper. Its also surprising how much extra calories you can take with small snacks during the day. At certain age metabolism just slows down and each snack is one kilo extra weight. Looks easy. Lets see if it is.

This is the best diet app I have found so far and I have tried a lot!!!! There are some inaccuracies in calories so if it sounds too good to be true double check!
I used this app as a guideline for calories of foods and exercises while trying to lose weight. I lost thirty pounds over seven months. It works if you stick to your calorie allowance and exercise. Good luck!
I have used other apps to track my food and calories, but I like this one best. It keeps track for an entire week, so you can save up calories for a splurge. The recipe function is simpler to use than MFPs, and it also has a feature that lets you take a photo of your meal, and it guesses what foods are in the photo and estimates the calories, which is good if you are in a hurry. It also has a colorful interface that I like.
The reminders are great when I dont remember to weigh in
