My go to weight loss app
I like Lose It, every time Im looking to control my calorie intake and lose weight I turn to it. It also helps me pay more attention to what I eat. I like that it has a variety of workout u can burn calories with, and the fact that it allows you to add more of your own. The challenges you can join are also motivating. I wish you could see more like your daily nutrition intake however I am also a free member so this just might be restricted to people in my boat.
