I am very impressed with this app
I highly recommend this app. Using look and feel common to many iPhone apps, this program really does make it easy to log your calories, exercise, cholesterol, sodium, and other important items. As you log and watch what you eat, you see the results and why they happen. It reinforces a healthy lifestyle and teaches you the actual truth about bad foods and habits, all at once. I am a very busy lawyer, father of 2 and caregiver to an elder, and I have no time for this. Yet I was able to incorporate logging into my life using this program. I have never successfully done it before. The program crashed a couple of times but no data was lost and it popped right back up. I doubt it was this app that crashed as I have this happen from time to time anyway.
If you want to be on a lifetime eating and exercise program rather than a freakish temporary diet, get this app and learn to love your iPhone. I am down 8 pounds in the first couple of weeks and looking forward to using this until I reach my desired weight.
