Definitely worth it!
Ive tried tracking in the past with other apps, but never stuck to them. This app is convenient and easy to use. Plus, if you dont log a day there are notifications to motivate you again! Even though Ive only had it a week, Ive noticed a change to my eating behaviors and feel the need to eat less. At first my calorie limit seemed impossible to stay under, but now in a few days Ive realized how easy it actually is! Cant wait to reach my goal!
