Pretty good for me
The app works well and it is keeping me on track to my goal. The constant feedback about my intake of calories has helped me to lose 25 pounds so far. The app only works if you keep it updated and you have to be self motivated to do that. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is due to the food database discrepancies and some ambiguities. There are multiple instances of the same food with different calorie values and many foods that are measured by "serving" but no information about how a serving can be quantified such as cups, pounds, ounces, etc. in practice I just estimate the caloric content of those items and hope I am not too far off. That seem to be working so far.
