19 weeks, 41 pounds (-17.4% body mass) and in the best shape Ive been in since college. About 18 pounds to go to my high school weight, when playing soccer and football (coupled to a younger metabolism) found me strong and lean. And dinner tonight was Papa Johns sausage pizza! Well, two slices, not the five or six I would have downed without thinking twice six months ago!
