I have used lose it for a year and eight months!
Update: I have been using Lose it for almost 5 years and have kept 20 of the 30 pounds I had originally lost. I am 57". I started using Lose it when I weighed 160. I got down to 130 (135 is my high school weight when I played sports). I now find that if I can really easily maintain a weight of 137-142. I find it is good to have a "happy weight range". When I go above that, I buckle down and really stick exactly to my calories. I log and weigh myself every single day still. I know my weight would go up if I did not keep track of this every day.
Lose it changed my life. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months. I have kept it off for a year and 10 months. I do not see the weight coming back on, because I continue to track what I eat and how much I weigh. It is very similar to keeping track of money. Keep using lose it, and you will never regret it.
