GREAT APP!

I think this is a great app. I wish it had a carb section so we could keep up with the amount of carbs we are eating. No matter how long time goes by, you come back to Lose It and its like an old friend. Its there waiting on you. I find it hard to do certain things on it but thats just me. I really dont know when the step counter is counting and when its not. Love the app though. Thanks!

Lose It!

Very helpful app for losing weight. Recognizing that its basically calories in and calories out, Lose It really makes it easy to log your food intake (with bar code scanning, a useful search function and a meal log), and your calorie burning activities (running, swimming, elliptical, walking Etc.). It allows you to set a goal then tracks your progress, graphing it and telling you when you should reach your goal. Ive lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks so far. It really works.

This app is amazing! I love the scanner for packaged foods, the motivate part where I can participate friends, and the control. I look great and thank the app as I am dedicated to it.

This is the only successful weight loss tool that has worked for me. Its so easy to use. Ive told many people about it and they use it too.

There are thousands of diets and theories about the best way to lose weight but one truism is that a 3500 calorie reduction equals a pound lost. Accurately record your calories, adjust for your metabolic rate in the app if needed and you will lose the predicted amount. I had to adjust settings to reduce an extra 150/day but the tool works great.

I love this app! Ive been using it for 3 months now and Ive lost 28.8 pounds with its help. It is very simple to use and keep track of calories/weight. I love the website as well and that you can look at your progress online as well as on your phone. The scan barcode option (to track food calories) is particularly nice for me because Im always in a rush. I definitely recommend using this in your weight loss goals.

I tried my fitness pal but it seemed confusing and I couldnt get to the weight and the foods as easy as this one. It defiantly helps me keep track of calories a and shows me what I am actually consuming. PLUS the barcode scanner is awesome, u dont have to search forever trying to find a certain food. Highly recommend if u want to lose weight!

I love this app! It is easy to use and is helping me lose weight and keep my sodium intake in check. The premium features are worth it to track nutrient categories like protein, fat and carbs.

Great app. Love that it syncs with my Apple Watch. Easy to add recipes to and I appreciate how it remembers my most commonly eaten meals. The macronutrients percentage is also very helpful to track carb/protein/fat intake.

I used this app to lose ten pounds left over from my pregnancy. I ended up losing fifteen pounds in less than two months! I weigh slightly less than when I got married! I am very happy with my weight now! I love this app!

It doesnt nag you about logging stuff in, if you are motivated it is a very noce app and easy to use. The downside is the discrepancies in the same food (many options for the same) and servings (not many options). I like this more than fitnesspal; it also syncs with Walgreens health.

Lose It is a wonderful and easy app to use to help keep track of food intake and exercise! I recommend it to anyone who is dieting or just trying to stay on track! I love it so much Im buying the scale as well! This is a must have app
