Awesome!

Makes it so easy to track food, calories, fat, carbs, etc. Incredible database of all kinds of food, restaurants, fast food, and store brand items that grab all their nutrition info into your day. Included barcode reader, stores your favorite foods, create recipes for repeat foods (I have a favorite salad I eat nearly every day - created a recipe and its one click to add it to my meal). Pulls on my exercising from Apple watch. Also has a great way to target weight loss and what I can eat to hit my target. Lost 20 pounds using this app. Nuff said!

This app is great!!

19 weeks, 41 pounds (-17.4% body mass) and in the best shape Ive been in since college. About 18 pounds to go to my high school weight, when playing soccer and football (coupled to a younger metabolism) found me strong and lean. And dinner tonight was Papa Johns sausage pizza! Well, two slices, not the five or six I would have downed without thinking twice six months ago! Your favorites can remain in your plan, if you commit to the exercise and eating a healthful diet day-to-day. It has been a reawakening!

Lose It Love ❤️

I love the Lose It app! Its simple to use and my favorite thing is the scanner! It is really helping me lose weight! Best app ever!

Keeps me honest

Im a fit woman and personal trainer. I also know I have a. Unhealthy relationship with food (if its yummy, its going in my mouth). Lose It! Keeps me on track and honest with what Ive consumed.

Love it

I switched to Lose It! when My Fitness Pal got too laggy and the ads too annoying. It was a great change for me. Ive been using Lose It! for 4 months and a have lost over 10lbs. It doesnt sound like much, but Lose It! Has been instrumental in helping me make small but effective changes to my lifestyle. I am now a paying subscriber so I can use the planning future meals feature. The food database is robust. It lets you take pictures of each meal in case you dont have time to track the meal right away. I like how shows the macronutrients (like carbs) are in each meal. I love how it tracks my steps! The only drawback is that Lose It! doesnt let you save "meals" the MFP does and it is a little inconvenient use recipes instead. However, that is a small thing compared to the benefits. I highly recommend this app! Love it!

Losing it!

This App is really helping me stay on track with losing weight after having a baby! It is also teaching me how to eat and manage daily calories for staying on track! Love it!

Almost There!!

I havent been able to say that about my weight in over 10 years!!!! I tell everyone I know about lose it!!!! I just wish they would get more paraphernalia to order!!!! Its the best advertising for such a great program!!!

Lose It

I havent been on Lose It for too long but I have lost 2.8 pounds. I needed something to keep track of calories and exercise and this fits. I think this would be good for someone who needs some structure to their weight loss program.

Best App Ever

I love this app. Its really helped me stay on track with both diet and exercise. Ive already lost 27 pounds!

An awesome app!

Love the ease of use, how complete it is, and how effective it is to keep your goals.

Always worked

Lost 90 lbs on this app 7 years ago. Always worked for me. A bit "too many" options on the screens now. I just need to log food and count calories. But a good app nonetheless

I have used lose it for a year and eight months!

Update: I have been using Lose it for almost 5 years and have kept 20 of the 30 pounds I had originally lost. I am 57". I started using Lose it when I weighed 160. I got down to 130 (135 is my high school weight when I played sports). I now find that if I can really easily maintain a weight of 137-142. I find it is good to have a "happy weight range". When I go above that, I buckle down and really stick exactly to my calories. I log and weigh myself every single day still. I know my weight would go up if I did not keep track of this every day. Lose it changed my life. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months. I have kept it off for a year and 10 months. I do not see the weight coming back on, because I continue to track what I eat and how much I weigh. It is very similar to keeping track of money. Keep using lose it, and you will never regret it.

Lose It works!

Ive had the app on phone since 2012 and have used it for a few weeks, then gave up and on July 9, 2016 decided Im too heavy and I need to drop 50Lbs. Well Im 3 months in and have weighed and recorded my food intake and weight daily. I have let the program modify calories allowed per day and have lost 32 to date. It says I should hit my goal the week before Christmas. Im using the free version and it works for me. I will be recording my food intake when I get to my weight to maintain. So, many return to their old weight once they stop their weight loss program. I can do this indefinitely. Thanks Lose it! Best gift you can give yourself is a healthy you!

Love It!

Ive lost 20 lbs in 3 months while eating foods I like! I love the "insights" and trends/ nutrient breakdowns. The premium program is worth the $$ Im recommending this to everyone I know that has struggled.

Really does help

It helps keep track of how much youre actually eating. Which helps you stop yourself from eating more

In a few words. Easy convenient and it keeps me on track. And Oh yeah its free.

Works For Me!

Been using since June, lost 12 pounds and keeping it off. Food catalog is great, rarely cant find a food item.

Love it!

It has helped me stay accountable and on track. Im down 12 pounds in 3 weeks, and I cant wait to get my Fitbit and have that sync with the app too.

Better than My Fitness

Lose It! makes it so easy to set goals and keep track of your meals and exercise. The barcode scanner and new Snap It feature make it easier to log meals than similar apps. Very user friendly without too many ads or delays. Im a fan!

Great app for tracking tracking everything!

Really easy to use. Most foods I eat are already added. Easy to add exercises, weight and more. The only thing I wish they had was a way to track water also!
